How long will it take to receive my order?

Since many of our items are handcrafted to order, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Standard shipping typically takes an additional 3-7 business days depending on your location.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Sarah Strachan Craft ships to customers within the United States and Canada. We are looking to expand our shipping zones in the near future.
